Abstract

In the speech "Logical-structured approach to increasing the effectiveness of the teacher of higher educational institutions" (Olga Banit - Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, senior researcher, chief researcher of the Department of Andragogy of Ivan Zyazyun IPOOD of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and Serhiy Dotsenko - Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, professor of the Department of Specialized Computers of computer systems of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport) emphasizes the importance of developing a teacher's knowledge base, which would systematically cover all areas of his activity and could provide an automated workplace. The speakers analyzed scientific sources that show a wide range of information technology applications in the educational activities of higher education institutions, gave examples of available graphic models, visualized a logical-semantic model of knowledge representation for the discipline "Information Systems and Information Technologies", the author of which is Serhiy Ilyich Dotsenko, Doctor of Technical Sciences Sciences, professor, professor of the department of specialized computer systems of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport.
