Abstract
The article highlights the main results of the implementation of the findings of the applied scientific research "Methodological Principles for Assessing the Quality of Training of Specialists in Institutions of Professional Pre-Higher Education". It was found that assessment is the process of establishing the level of students’ educational achievements in mastering the content of an educational discipline (topic, module, etc.) in accordance with the requirements of current educational and professional programs or educational standards. It was determined that the purpose of the implementation of the results of applied scientific research was to publicize, distribute and monitor the effectiveness of the use of a complex of educational and methodological support for the assessment of the quality of specialist training in institutions of professional pre-higher education. The main findings were published in a methodical manual, a practical manual, methodical recommendations and a bibliographic index, as well as in 164 scientific papers. The scientific and practical activities in which the researches of the laboratory of scientific and methodological support for the training of specialists in colleges and technical schools participated in with the aim of popularizing and widely implementing the results of scientific research were characterized. It has been proven that the analysis of the content of certificates on the implementation of the developed educational and methodological support for the assessment of the quality of training of specialists in institutions of vocational pre-higher education and the performances of practicing teachers at mass events of various levels testify to the all-Ukrainian level of implementation and its pedagogical and social effectiveness. The social effect of the implementation of the results of scientific research was predicted and described.
