Abstract
In an era of intensive changes in the educational sector, project activities in vocational education institutions are emerging as a forefront initiative, playing a pivotal role in the development of intellectual capital. This article examines how the systematic inclusion of project work can shape professional and personal competencies of students, supported by innovative examples using cutting-edge technologies such as VR and AR, and focusing on sustainable energy and artificial intelligence. Particular attention is given to the importance of collaboration, which not only fosters interpersonal communication and teamwork but also opens access to new informational resources and career opportunities through the development of social capital. Survey results among educational participants confirm the significant impact of project activities on enhancing academic outcomes, critical thinking, and analytical skills. The article also highlights the need for teacher training in effective project technology application, with an emphasis on developing intensive training focused on targeted preparation, motivation, content, and operational activity components. Such an approach will significantly enhance teacher qualifications and consequently improve the quality of the educational process and the intellectual potential of educational institutions.
