Abstract
The importance of education in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, which created an urgent need for qualified workers in various industries, is considered. It is noted that the key aspects of the training of specialists are the modernization and updating of the foundations through professional (vocational and technical) education institutions. The author focuses on the importance of the formation of key, general professional and professional competences in education seekers. The role of innovative learning technologies, such as interactive, information and communication, virtual and augmented reality, in the modernization of education is highlighted. They contribute to independent work and improving the skills of education seekers. Especially important is the use of virtual reality and simulation simulators, which allow you to create realistic training scenarios and acquire practical skills. At the same time, the obstacles faced by the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process during martial law are highlighted, such as limited access to infrastructure and technological resources, as well as psychological pressure on students. To overcome these difficulties, it is proposed to develop a comprehensive approach, including the use of mobile technologies, special security measures and psychological support.
