Abstract
This scientific article is dedicated to the investigation and analysis of the model for experimentally verifying the author's synergetic technology of professional transformation for pedagogical (scientific-pedagogical) professionals. Synergetics, as a scientific approach, contributes to the improvement of professional activities and the development of the educational environment. The article explores the prospects of changes in the pedagogical field through the implementation of innovative synergetic technology. The developed model for the experimental implementation of the author's synergetic technology for professional transformation of pedagogical (scientific-pedagogical) professionals includes the following stages: diagnostic-projective (DP1), involving diagnosis and strategy development; activity-transformative (DP2), involving the formation of emergent groups and interaction within them (emergent groups are considered as spontaneously arising groups with flexible rules and structures); dialectical-summing up (DP3), systematic evaluation of the effectiveness of implementing synergetic technology and adjustment of strategies based on the results obtained. The model allows for consideration of trends and regularities in the professional transformation of pedagogical (scientific-pedagogical) professionals under the conditions of implementing the author's synergetic technology. Since the author's synergetic technology for professional transformation of pedagogical (scientific-pedagogical) professionals also aims at transforming the personality of the teacher-professional in three dimensions: psychological (changes in self-understanding), values (reassessment of belief systems), and behavioral (changes in lifestyle and profession), these aspects are considered prospects for further scientific research.
