Abstract

The activity of the Director of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in 2022 was aimed both at operational and effective adaptation of the Institute functioning in the conditions of the Russian Federation war against Ukraine and fulfillment of the tasks defined in the "Statute of the Institute of Higher Education of NAES of Ukraine", "Development Strategy of the Institute of Higher Education of NAES of Ukraine for 2020-2025" and "Candidate's Program for the Director of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine". The article describes the results of the Institute activities in 2022 in comparison with the corresponding achievements during the certification of the scientific institution in 2021. The organization of assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and support for academic staff of the universities of Ukraine, displaced from regions located in the zone of active hostilities, was analyzed.
