Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, the digitalization of vocational and professional higher education institutions is the next evolutionary step towards improving the system of preparing citizens for new social and production relations. To analyze the level of digitalization development in Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a list of indicators of the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) by its Order No. 774-p dated September 05, 2023. The use of this index will allow for a comparative analysis with the countries of the European Union and the identification of priority areas for digital transformation.
