Abstract

A description of the assessment process of key digital skills in European countries is given. The importance of teachers receiving the European Certificate of Digital Skills is emphasized. It was noted that the issue of assessing digital skills and digital competences of citizens is an important strategic task for the Ukrainian education system as well.
