Abstract
The article provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation of professional communication between a doctor and patients with special communication needs (hearing disorders), and considers the main barriers that may arise between participants in the communication process (psychological, semantic, cultural). Considering the relevance for Ukraine of creating a barrier-free space in various areas of service provision, the importance of preserving the dental health of the population, the purpose of the article is to present the author's Telegram chat-bot, which includes information and recommendations for medical professionals on effective interaction with patients with hearing impairments. Research methods are defined as: theoretical analysis of literary sources; generalization of the author's practical experience; the author's informative Telegram chatbot (@communicativecompetence_bot) on the problem of professional communication between doctors and patients with hearing impairment. The chat-bot can be used by medical students, doctors, and special psychologists to quickly and conveniently receive information on the current topic – psychological features of professional communication between doctors and patients with hearing impairment. In particular, the chat-bot presents the Calgary-Cambridge model of a medical interview (an adapted version for patients with hearing impairment), the main ways of communication between a doctor and a patient with hearing impairment, features of providing dental care to children with hearing impairment (a familiarization visit to the clinic, motivation, appropriate incentives, thematic and adapted cartoons, etc.). A conclusion was made about the relevance of measures to ensure accessibility in the provision of dental services; an important condition in this context is the formation of professional communication between doctors and persons with special communication needs (hearing disorders), in particular with the use of chat-bots as modern convenient means of information dissemination.
