Abstract

The emergence of an individual with an innovative mindset led to fundamental civilizational changes, the formation of new social needs and requests. The key global social need today is to transform national education systems in line with the innovation economy. The main category around which the interests of private business, national governments and education are concentrated is human capital, in particular, an individual with an innovative culture. The formation of a personality is fundamentally impossible without the synergy of efforts of the main stakeholders, for whom human capital is now the main asset. The article outlines the opportunities and challenges of involving private business in educational initiatives that will contribute to the emergence of such synergy. The author concludes that it is optimal to implement public-private partnership in order to realize those opportunities that arise in modern conditions.
