Abstract
The collective monograph, which was written by the scientists of the laboratory of organizational and social psychology of the G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, presents the results of a study on the technology for promoting educational staff's mental health and well-being in the conditions of war and post-war recovery. The authors defined the theoretical and methodological principles of the study, analyzed the concept of organization staff's mental health and well-being, and discussed the essence of psychological technologies and their role in promoting mental health and well-being of individuals and organizations in the conditions of war and post-war recovery. A model of technologies for promoting mental health and well-being of educational staff in the conditions of war and post-war recovery was built, and its main levels and forms of implementation were determined. The general level of educational staff's mental health and well-being as well as the levels of development of educational staff's mental health and well-being components and their relationship with the staff's organizational-professional and socio-demographic characteristics and the characteristics of staff's place of residence during the war were analyzed. Special attention was paid to the technologies for developing psychological determinants of educational staff's mental health and well-being in the conditions of war and post-war recovery, which included the technologies for developing tolerance to uncertainty, coping strategies, communicative potential, self-efficacy, and creative potential. Particular attention was paid to the development of technologies for promoting mental health and well-being of the individual in the conditions of war and post-war recovery at the community level (for internally and externally displaced persons). The monograph is intended for managers and employees, organizational psychologists, teachers and students of post-graduate institutions, scientists, as well as everyone who is interested in the problem of promoting mental health and well-being in the conditions of war and post-war recovery.
