Abstract

The methodological edition analyzes the content and key components of the mental health of the personality (on the example of employees of organizations) and possible risks to it in the conditions of war. Based on the results of empirical research she conducted, the author discussed the main manifestations of organization personnel's mental health during the war. Methodological recommendations were given to preserve and promote such aspects of organization personnel's mental health as the ability to resist stress, the ability to establish relationships with people, and the ability to perform professional duties in war conditions. Recommendations were also given on the use of organizational resources to preserve and promote organizational personnel's mental health in war conditions. Methodological recommendations are intended for organizational psychologists, managers and staff of organizations, students and teachers of higher and postgraduate education institutions, as well as those interested in the problem of organization personnel's mental health promotion in war conditions.
