Abstract
The impact of digital transformation on the professional activities of educators in vocational education institutions has been examined. The focus is on the necessity of integrating digital technologies into the educational process to develop professional competence, critical thinking, and independence among vocational education students. Special attention is given to the use of electronic learning platforms such as Coursera, EdX, FutureLearn, LinkedIn Learning, and Google for Education, which facilitate the effective organization of the educational process and provide access to a wide range of educational resources. It is emphasized that this approach enables the most effective use of digital technologies for developing innovative competence in teachers at vocational education institutions.
