Abstract

The methodological guide considers general pedagogical approaches to the implementation of the applied orientation of computer science education in a gymnasium, in particular, it highlights the didactic principles of organizing practice-oriented learning, clarifies the place and role of applied tasks in a school course in computer science and the importance of solving them for the formation of key and informatics competencies of students. The second section presents a selection of applied tasks in accordance with the content domains of the school computer science course in a gymnasium and describes methodological recommendations for solving practice-oriented tasks. The methodological recommendations can be useful for teachers of general secondary education institutions, methodologists, teachers and students of pedagogical institutions of higher education, and staff of teacher training institutes.
