Abstract

The study presents the didactic and psychophysiological aspects of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the process of research training, analyses the appropriate methods and forms of using AI technologies for the professional development of teachers, and identifies relevant factors and indicators of influence. The purpose of the study is to identify the didactic potential of the virtual educational environment and to achieve a thorough understanding of the phenomenon of psychophysiological impact of AI in the virtual educational environment in the process of experiential learning. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the experimental platforms "Clever: School of Natural and Mathematical Sciences" were employed. The classification of AI in the framework of the experimental study was developed, and accordingly, a comparative characterisation was carried out, taking into account the peculiarities of using AI in the process of research training. The necessity of selecting AI to increase the motivation and level of intellectual development of children, which leads to an increase in the efficiency of learning, has been established. The results were found to be statistically significant at the level of reliability (р<=0,005). The data obtained in the course of the experimental study were used to analyse the most relevant components of the COMSRL in the process of pupils' research learning.
