Abstract

At the current stage of development of science and digital technologies, the accessibility and openness of scientific information are becoming essential elements. The concept of Open Science, which encompasses expanding access to scientific knowledge, data, technologies, and resources for all interested parties, is gaining popularity and becoming one of the key strategies for the development of scientific research in many countries worldwide, including Europe. Trends in recent years show that scientists have shown significant interest in the development of Open Science services, but the level of their implementation and adoption varies depending on the specifics and scientific-technological potential of each country.
