Abstract

The publication emphasizes the importance of public opinion research on education. It is noted that monitoring the attitude of citizens to certain educational processes allows timely notice and correction of certain administrative decisions or to explain their expediency. The importance of trust on the part of citizens as a means of supporting educational transformations is emphasized. References to the results of public opinion research and the technology of its formation with the use of socio-psychological technologies are presented.
