Abstract

The working curriculum "Methodology for Implementing Innovative Production Technologies in the Training of Skilled Workers" is conditioned by the necessity for vocational education teachers to master a systematic and activity-based approach, as well as the skills to implement specific forms, methods, and real situations that have objectively arisen or have been subjectively created to achieve the pedagogical goal of implementing innovative production technologies in the training of skilled workers. The goal of the program is to develop in course participants the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for the effective implementation of pedagogical conditions using innovative production technologies in the training of skilled workers to enhance its quality and effectiveness.
