Abstract

In Finland, the steadfast dedication to excellence in vocational education is not merely a superficial aspiration but rather an intrinsic aspect of the educational ethos. This commitment is deeply rooted in the core philosophy of the Finnish educational system, which places paramount importance on preparing students for successful integration into the workforce. Central to this commitment is the ongoing endeavour to enhance the professional competence of vocational training instructors, recognizing their pivotal role in shaping and equipping the future workforce with the necessary skills and knowledge.
