Abstract

The productivity of the representatives of the information society is more and more significantly determined by personal and group capabilities in the possession of information (knowledge), its finding, filtering, analysis, storage, use and creation, which in most cases requires, in particular, developed competences in working with the virtual Internet space. The need for creative thinking is growing, since it is the most productive that produces new quality knowledge and processes existing ones. The optimal, most effective solutions are significantly determined by the work carried out on the collection, processing and implementation of knowledge, its analysis, creative understanding and use in practice.
