Abstract
International projects provide vocational teachers with invaluable opportunities for self-development, professional growth and improvement of educational practices. Active participation in such projects allows vocational teachers to improve their skills, broaden their horizons, and contribute to the development of vocational education on a global scale. Overcoming the challenges associated with this requires active strategies and institutional support to ensure that vocational teachers are able to maximize the benefits of this best practice.
