Abstract

The article reveals the importance of electronic resources in the dissemination of pedagogical biographical information in the context of open science. The role of the Department of Pedagogical Source Studies and Biographical Studies of the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine in the creation of the electronic resource «Outstanding Educators of Ukraine and the World» and online projects has been noted. It has been argued that biographical electronic resources contribute to the national self-identification of Ukrainians.
