Abstract
The article was analyzed the research of scientists on the introduction and use of digital technologies in education. Because of the got research, it was shown that pedagogical workers are divided into two categories who want and improve their professional competences in technology in education, and the other category is more conservative and uses educational and methodological options for teaching students in colleges. Research in the field of adult education and the development of pedagogical workers in their competencies, thanks to the management of education, it is possible to improve the quality of teaching and create a competitive development of teachers. In colleges, teaching staff is moving away from the classical model of learning to a more modern and group work with the help of technology. Students and teachers used the Tricuspoid program to identify strengths and weaknesses and manage pedagogical competence. In Spain, a pedagogical worker must have pedagogical competences, as well as digital competences. In Spain, the National Organization Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training is responsible for regulating the digital competence of teachers. It is shown that digital competence consists of 22 competences. A group of pedagogical workers improving digital skills use (Mindmeister, docs.google.com, Screencast-o-matic, Google Sites, Kahoot, Socrative, Edpuzzle, Rubistar, Perusall, Adobe Connect). In Turkey, the examination of pedagogical workers and their perception of self-efficacy regarding computer education was investigated, since the use of digital technologies is mandatory. The Ministry of Education of Turkey has a technical consulting service that helps colleges overcome technical problems for teaching staff, as they receive adequate technical support in using new educational technologies.
