Abstract

In the context of Ukraine's integration into the EU, it is very important to include our country in the measures envisaged by the "Digital Decade of Europe: 2030" program. On the one hand, Ukraine has made significant gains in the digitalization of state, administrative, and medical services. However, we face similar problems when it comes to the lack of ICT specialists, their gender imbalance. In addition, there are inconsistencies in the training of future ICT specialists, and the digital culture of citizens needs improvement.
