Abstract

An informational and analytical review of digital means is offered of civil protection under martial law: online courses, manuals, online materials. Recommendations, practical advice, a clear procedure for emergency situations are provided: where to go during an air raid, what to do after discovering a mine, how to survive under shelling, how to respond to a chemical or radiation attack threat, how to provide first aid to victims, etc.
