Abstract

The article provides a scientific and bibliographic review of the state of reflection of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the field of education and pedagogy by means of preparation and publication of informative and bibliographic publications of various thematic and genre orientations. Taking into account social factors, namely the temporary stay of our compatriots abroad, as a result of the aggression of the Russian Federation, it is noted that Ukrainian-Polish cooperation has gone beyond official negotiations, meetings, established over decades of joint activity, to a higher level, acquiring a sociological and psychological context. Taking into account the mentioned circumstances, the Ukrainian-Polish partnership in the field of modern education and science is considered as a priority direction in the information and bibliographic activity of V. O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine, implemented in scientific research, in the structure of which compilation of bibliographic manuals is one of weighty components. The main directions of reflecting the Ukrainian-Polish partnership by means of scientific and auxiliary bibliographic publications, the thematic component of which represents scientific achievements and problems in the educational and scientific space, confirms priority scientific traditions in Polish-Ukrainian cooperation, are highlighted. Ukrainian-Polish yearbooks «Professional education: pedagogy and psychology», «Professional and continuing education», in which research reflections of Ukrainian and Polish researchers in the field of comparative pedagogy, work pedagogy and adult pedagogy are published. It is promising to study the ways of presenting information about Ukrainian-Polish cooperation, taking into account the traditional practices of this cooperation, in particular through the activities of famous teachers, scientists, presented in biobibliographic manuals, in marking the jubilee dates of researchers, teachers, and public figures.
