Abstract

The article updates the problem of professional development of teaching staff of institutions of vocational pre-higher education in the conditions of digital transformation of education. A modern, competitive, successful educator needs stable skills in the use of information and digital technologies, critical thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to flexibly respond to changes in the needs of society. Therefore, the educational institution faces a key task: to organize the educational process to create the necessary conditions for the educational staff of the institution, under which they will be able to effectively and productively use modern innovative technologies in their professional activities.
