Abstract

The paper discusses the main directions and priorities of the Warsaw Center for Educational and Social Innovation and Training, in particular, how it develops teachers' digital competence. The main objectives of the Center are to support the educational environment of Warsaw and to improve the quality of work of general secondary, extracurricular and preschool educational institutions in Warsaw by implementing the tasks arising from the educational policy of the City of Warsaw. The Center organizes and conducts methodological counseling for teachers, supports teachers and school principals in their professional development. It also implements educational projects that contribute to systemic solutions in the field of education and promote educational and social innovations.
