Abstract

The publication analyzes the European experience of developing digital competencies of researchers and academic staff. The various competencies considered in the paper are not static, they change along with technological progress. Therefore, researchers and academic staff should be prepared to continuously develop and improve their own digital competencies, which will result in their ability to conduct innovative and high-quality research.
