Abstract
At the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education, in order to improve the qualifications of its scientific and pedagogical workers, a transition to a new educational model was carried out, the replacement of the traditional-classical educational space with a virtual-network one, digital transformation of all areas of activity, provision of equal opportunities for access to services, information for all its employees and knowledge provided on the basis of information and communication technologies. In accordance with the Institute's Development Strategy for 2020-2025 and the Concept of Digitalization for 2022-2026, its digital transformation involves the creation of a modern digital educational institution that undergoes fundamental digitization of the management system, educational and scientific activities and includes five directions: "Digital Management" , "Digital Education", "Digital Science", "Development of Human Capital" and "Creating a Digital Ecosystem". The single educational-digital ecosystem created at the Institute combines the intellectual, scientific, professional, educational, technological potential of subjects of the network educational-digital environment, provides for the use of digital, andragogic and interactive technologies in the virtual space, transformation from a linear to a network (cluster) model of development key, subject and cross-subject competencies, improvement of external communications between providers of educational services, their customers and key stakeholders, formation of skills to use digital tools, increase volumes of information, create own digital products.
