Abstract

New technologies and innovations appearing at an incredible speed have led to high mobility of education, actualized the role of the teacher and at the same time strengthened the requirements for scientific, theoretical and professional training of the teacher in the context of competence-oriented education. Ways to overcome the challenges are seen in the competence reform of education, in the renewal of educational and methodological support and innovative and creative reformation of all spheres of the country’s life.
