Abstract
Since the beginning of the widespread use of ChatGPT in Ukraine, starting from 2023, the problem of using artificial intelligence at every level of education is very acute. Significant interest in the problem of using artificial intelligence services is also evidenced by the increase in publications (almost twice) in recent years. First of all, the problem concerns such issues as: plagiarism, writing off homework and independent tasks by students of education, dishonesty. On the other hand, it is almost impossible to completely abandon the use of artificial intelligence in education, because artificial intelligence, under the condition of its correct use, can help diversify the educational material, simplify the routine and painstaking work of teachers and lecturers, interest and help students in mastering this or that educational material . Therefore, the problem rather lies not in the complete prohibition of the use of artificial intelligence services and systems, but in the absence of methods and methodical recommendations in the educational process. In addition, according to the approved Concept of the development of artificial intelligence in Ukraine dated December 2, 2020, among the nine key areas of application of artificial intelligence, education (general, higher education, and advanced training of teachers) plays a significant role. In particular, the Concept emphasizes that there is a need to develop specialized educational programs (training courses) for teaching staff.
