Abstract
Introduction. The problem of researching women's work styles and their connection with women's money beliefs and money attitudes seems quite relevant in the realities of our time. In the conditions of the war in Ukraine, the effectiveness of women's behavior in the personal and professional life is of particular importance, because due to the fact that the vast majority of men in Ukraine defend the country on the front line, women are forced to hold the "economic front" of the family and the country. Aim: To analyze the levels of women's work styles and their relationship with women's money beliefs and money attitudes. Methods. The instruments used included J. Hay's Work Styles questionnaire, A. Furnham's Money Beliefs and Behavior Scale (MBBS) (a Ukrainian modified version by M. Simkiv), and T. L. Tang's Money Ethic Scale (MES) (a Ukrainian modified version by M. Simkiv). Results. Women's work styles were found to be at high, medium, and low levels. Women's work styles ("Be perfect", "Make others happy", "Try hard", "Be strong ", "Hurry up") had positive and negative statistically significant relationships with women's money beliefs (money obsession, power, economy, inappropriate money use) and money attitudes (money as good, money as evil, money as a means of achieving success, money as a respect factor, expenses planning, money as a means of achieving freedom and power). Conclusions. The obtained results can be helpful in creating training programs for the development of effective behaviors of female managers and business owners, as well as for studying female employees' work styles, recruitment, and development of motivational programs, etc.
