Abstract
The presentation of the article examines the nutritional design and implementation of the study of geography in 7-9 grades of secondary education in the application of educational practice, the formation of leadership and the development of talented workers. in illumination. The main pedagogical ideas that flow into the educational process of the New Ukrainian School are: nature (innate creation) and the power of education (pratsia), the closest extremity (fathers) and marriage in as a whole (classmates, teachers). The author has developed and launched a research project on the topic “How to create a new locality?” The average of students completed grades 7-9, which confirmed the great adaptive potential of Ukrainian children abroad. Zokrem, the health workers have studied: the place of their growth, the relief of the locality, the suitability for settlement and integration in the new environment. As the results of the research showed, the project activity began to develop leadership skills among the students.
