Abstract

The benefit and necessity of using digital information technologies is undeniable and confirmed in practice, but a person must also realize the problem of their distribution by a person, which, of course, he can and should solve. It depends on the person, and only on him, whose intelligence he wants and will develop - his own or the machine's.
