Abstract

Innovation plays a major role in ensuring competitiveness. The innovative activity of business entities depends on the capacity and efficiency of the country's human potential. It is formed as a set of potentials of competent specialists in any field. Education is a key component in the formation of the human potential of business entities and the state as a whole. The problem of the influence of digital information technologies on the formation of human potential is considered in the article. The main task of current education is to find a reasonable compromise on the use of modern possibilities of digital information technologies in education.
