Abstract
The article deals with the issues of forming the skills of the future in the process of professional training of future specialists in the context of digitalization. The purpose of the article is to theoretically and methodologically substantiate, research and justify which skills of the future will affect the quality of professional training of specialists in accordance with the requirements of the modern digital age. The authors analyze the impact of digitalization on education requirements, identify the main soft and hard skills that future professionals need. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research, the authors find that digitalization requires educational systems to train specialists who possess not only professional knowledge and skills, but also a system of soft and social skills. The relevance of the study is due to the need for a rapid response of modern educational institutions to the processes of globalization and changes in global trends in the socio-economic, educational, scientific, informational To achieve the purpose of the study, we used the analytical method, which involves the study and systematization of scientific literature, materials on the impact of digitalization and the skills of future specialists. Based on the analysis of scientific sources and pedagogical observations, the authors state that in order to ensure that students acquire the skills necessary for success in the future, the educational system must change: these changes must be comprehensive and cover all levels of education, from preschool to higher education. The study found that in order to develop the skills of the future in the process of professional training of future specialists, it is necessary to form an educational paradigm focused on the formation of a holistic personality; apply teaching methods that promote the development of soft and hard skills; create an educational environment that will promote the practical application of skills, the development of interpersonal relationships and cooperation.
