Abstract

In the conditions of martial law, we can observe volunteer activities. People help each other and the state. The article shows how services in the field of information technologies are energy-consuming and often cannot be provided on a volunteer basis. The way out of such a situation will be the cooperation of business, the state and educational institutions in the field of information technologies. And this is relevant not only during the war. Combating cyber-attacks from hostile structures is now a relevant area of ​​personnel training. The experience of Western countries is used to successfully perform these tasks. Western partners actively help Ukraine in informatization and digitization, which is shown in the article.
