Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the global challenges for the modern economy, society, and vocational education and training in particular, a manifestation of the global digital revolution. It is changing both the environment of vocational education and the training of a new type of "digital specialist" for whom digital technologies are becoming an integral part of productive professional activity, and the development of digital competence is one of the key factors for a full life, social integration and social activity. Confident, critical and responsible use and interaction with digital technologies is important for learning, professional activity and participation in society, including digital and information literacy, communication and collaboration, creation of digital content, the ability to use digital technologies to support creativity, active citizenship and social integration, cooperation with others to achieve personal and social goals The educational and professional program "Digital Tools for Interactive Online Learning and Artificial Intelligence in the Professional Activity of VET Teachers" is designed for short-term in-service training courses for VET teachers in various forms of education. The purpose of the EPP is to develop and/or improve the digital competence of VET teachers, digital and information literacy, the formation of confident, critical and responsible use of artificial intelligence methods and systems and interaction with digital technologies for learning, innovative professional activities. The educational and professional program was developed in accordance with the complex theme of the research work of the BINPO "Labor Market Trendwatching in the System of Training and Professional Development of Specialists in the Conditions of Post-War Recovery of Ukraine" (0122U202007, 2022-2025).
