Abstract
In connection with the growth of society’s mobility, there is a need for quick access to information, which in turn leads to the emergence of new approaches to the organization of the educational process. One of the priorities in the field of education is the introduction of modern information and communication technologies, in particular mobile learning technologies and tools. The purpose of the article was to analyze the impact of modern technologies, namely artificial intelligence and information technologies, on mobile education. It was determined that mobile education is an educational process that is not limited to an educational institution but can be organized at any time with the help of information and communication technologies. The spread of digitalization has led to the transformation of the field of education, which has begun to rely on automation, including the use of artificial intelligence capabilities. In the field of education, artificial intelligence is used to develop new technologies and tools aimed at facilitating learning and increasing the efficiency of the educational process as a whole. In recent years, discussions about the use of the Internet and mobile applications in the field of education have increasingly raised the question of the effectiveness of the use of chatbots. Recently, this attention is due to the emergence of artificial intelligence Chat GPT, which is one of the most popular and highly effective tools in the field of artificial intelligence and natural language processing. The use of this technology allows you to automate various processes, such as creating texts, answering questions, and generating content. However, despite all the advantages, the use of Chat GPT in education is not without limitations and risks. One of the main risks is the possibility of systematic errors in the analysis of texts and evaluation of the knowledge of the applicants. Therefore, for the effective implementation of these technologies in mobile education, it is necessary to take into account all the risks for learners and teachers. Another information technology in education is the use of a SMART environment, which is defined as the use of various complex tools and interactive learning methods. In general, the impact of artificial intelligence and information technologies on mobile education is multifaceted. Artificial intelligence makes it possible to create personalized training programs, get education seekers answers to questions using text or voice interaction, conduct performance data analysis, monitor the progress of students in real-time, etc.
