Abstract

The article presents approaches to the organization of public opinion surveys of teachers in Ukraine during wartime. Examples of teachers' attitudes to the use of ICT for the organization of the educational process in 2022 and 2023 are provided. The advantages and disadvantages of such research in the period of digitalization of educational and social processes are outlined. The foreign experience is presented and the achievements of domestic researchers on the organization of monitoring studies of the quality of education and in the context of digitalization of educational processes are analyzed. The work highlights the consequences of the negative impact of the COVID-quarantine and military Russian aggression on the educational results of students and the professional competence and readiness of teachers to use ICT for teaching and learning. The advantages and disadvantages of the process of digitization of education in the context of wartime in Ukraine are highlighted. The expediency of continuous monitoring of teachers' readiness to use ICT is substantiated. It has been established that constant monitoring and surveys that take place online are the tool that not only demonstrates the state of readiness and competence of teachers to use ICT, but also provides an opportunity to outline the prospects for the professional growth of teachers, creates a field for the further implementation of innovations in the field of education. The main approaches to the organization of public opinion survey of teachers regarding their readiness to use digital tools in their professional activities are outlined. Prospects for further research in the field of readiness to use ICT by teachers have been determined, which include the improvement of survey and monitoring tools, the inclusion of such aspects as ensuring the rights and opportunities of teachers and students to use quality educational services, digital technologies, access to digital resources, sustainable development, compliance academic integrity when using the Internet, ensuring safe use of ICT and protection of personal data of children and adults in the educational process. The prospects of using the results of monitoring studies in the implementation of educational policy to overcome educational losses are outlined.
