Abstract
Humanity in scientific literature is considered as a category of ethics, philosophy, psychology and pedagogy. It is the highest virtue that makes a human being a person who recognizes the other's right to life, freedom, personal choice, happiness, involves compassion, empathy, and active charity. As a valuable moral and psychological quality of an individual, it manifests itself in a humane attitude towards other people, living beings, and the surrounding world. We consider humanity a component of the inner world of a person, and therefore its essential, integral characteristic. Growing and nurturing humanity in oneself and in children is one of the important tasks of a teacher in the inhumane conditions of war, which will contribute to the revival of each individual citizen and the entire country in post-war times.
