Abstract
The role of the electronic information and bibliographic resource "Outstanding Educators of Ukraine and the World" in the integration and dissemination of pedagogical biographical knowledge is revealed. The personal page of Oleksandr Vasylovych Dukhnovych (1803–1865) – a Ukrainian teacher, writer, organizer of public education in Transcarpathia, public person, educator, priest, author of school textbooks, the first systematized manual on pedagogy for public teachers in Western Ukraine, founder of 71 schools is presented. The structure of the page, which consists of thematic headings, is disclosed, and their content is displayed. In particular the "Biography" section presents information about the life and creative way of O. V. Dukhnovych; the section "Bibliography of Works of O. V. Dukhnovych " presents the creative output of the scientist; the section "Bibliography of Publications about the Life and Activities of O. V. Dukhnovych" contains information from researchers who studied the life path and creative heritage of the teacher; digital copies of pedagogical works of O. V. Dukhnovych are placed in the "Full-Text Documents" section, which are stored in the fund of the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine; the headings "Photo Gallery" and "Honoring the Memory" contain photo materials that visualize the image of the teacher, demonstrate measures to preserve his name. It is indicated that an important role in popularizing the person and creative work of O. V. Dukhnovych in the information environment is played by the online projects "We Stand on the Shoulders of Our Predecessors: Outstanding Pedagogues-Jubilarians" and "Educators of Ukraine: We Remember, We Honor!". The significant source potential of the information content of the page in the implementation of historical and pedagogical research devoted to the study of the life-creating way of O. V. Dukhnovych is argued.
