Abstract
The manual highlights the essence and features of blended learning, the principles and conditions of its organisation in the vocational education system, and the value-based principles of interaction between participants in the educational process in blended learning. The structure of the manual also includes sections on the description of digital competencies of participants in the educational process, models of blended learning for the training of future skilled workers, and means of organising blended learning for the training of future skilled workers. The methodology for designing e-learning courses for blended learning, the methodology for organising independent work of future skilled workers in blended learning, and the methodology for preparing teachers of vocational education institutions for blended learning are presented. The methodological guide is addressed to managers and teachers of vocational education, postgraduate and doctoral students, methodologists of scientific (educational) and methodological centres of vocational education.
