Abstract
The analytical review was prepared for the implementation of the ascertaining stage of the scientific study "Information and analytical support of the digital transformation of education and pedagogy: domestic and foreign experience" (2023–2025). The purpose of the review is to highlight digital educational ideas, technologies and study recommendations, which are contained in the scientific work of leading Ukrainian and foreign researchers. Emphasis is placed on works in which scientists claim that digital technologies have a tangible impact on all aspects of education, if they are supported by the institution. It is recognized as important the training of digitally competent teachers who must master the new role of facilitator, understand psychological and psychophysiological health problems, as well as the specifics of cyber-diseases and carry out effective training in a synthetic educational environment. It has been found that many authors substantiated the need for radical changes to improve the quality and competitiveness of education. The main priority measures for the digital transformation of pedagogical science have been determined. The importance of digitization as such and of digital libraries and repositories in general, awareness of the role of librarians and information specialists, thanks to which the educational process and access to the necessary literature in force majeure conditions are successfully carried out, is emphasized. It is noted that artificial intelligence has the potential to increase the level of quality and efficiency of education seekers. The sources are considered, which refer to the use of an artificial neural network for data analysis, as well as the development of a methodical system that includes cloud technologies, which plays a key role in the formation of the fundamental education of IT specialists.
