Abstract
The article tells how vocational education in the context of the entire education system educates conscious citizens. The article describes how important information technologies are in education and production. The rapid pace of development of production encourages the educational system to be more flexible and it should also be aimed at adults. The article describes how the state takes care of educational institutions and encourages teaching staff to self-development, which regulatory documents regulate the development of the state in terms of innovativeness in vocational education. The article describes the difficulties faced by innovations as one of the types of changes: people's resistance, adaptation of government structures, expenditure of funds. The problems of remnants of destructive power institutions that remained from post-Soviet times are described, and how they hinder the innovation process. The article describes how innovative teaching methods are important, not just innovation in technical support. Using the example of training managers, it is explained how important it is to train highly qualified specialists who will not only know how to do the job correctly, but also to stimulate candidates who have a knack for it, but lack courage, to study. The article introduces some innovative methods of conducting the educational process. The article describes the directions of innovation, where it is possible to move and the problems that still face institutions that have not switched to advanced methods of management, training and functioning in general. The directions of profitable development of state institutions in the field of informatization are described. The article tells how to circumvent the problem of frequent changes in legislation by granting autonomy to educational institutions.
