Abstract

The development of digital skills is becoming one of the most important conditions for the development of the digital market of any country, as it is related to all spheres of society and economy. In the system of professional and professional higher education, digital competences become the creative factor that, transforming into an intellectual resource, generates effective development of the system. IT competence deserves special attention because it enables an individual to be modern, to actively act in the information environment, to use the latest achievements of science and technology in their professional activities.
