Abstract

The development of the digital industry, which is gaining dynamic momentum in the educational and scientific space, is emphasized. It is noted that there is an emergence of new knowledge bases and databases that accumulate interesting innovative content and update the system of methodologies for designing knowledge bases of digital educational resources (DER).
