Abstract

The principles of using the open Ukrainian citation index and the criteria for advanced search in the database of scientific citations are described. The advantages of use, which simplify the search for scientific publications and attract the attention of scientific editors to the problem of completeness and quality of metadata of scientific publications, are indicated.
