Abstract
Abstract. The article describes and analyzes approaches to modeling in the process of blended learning. The experience of implementing blended learning at the Kyiv Professional College of Communications is described. It is noted that under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, the Kyiv Professional College of Communications (KPCofC), in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, introduced changes to the organization of the educational process with the introduction of blended learning. At the departments of KPCofC, an appropriate schedule of mixed-format education was created, which took into account the contingent of the specialty by courses of study, schedule and types of classes. The authors propose a model of professional training of future telecommunications specialists in blended learning, which includes four blocks: target, theoretical and organizational, procedural, and experimental and resultant. The target block defines the purpose of the model, namely: achieving a high level of professional training of future telecommunications specialists (PT_FT) in a blended learning environment. The theoretical and organizational block outlines the requirements for PT_FT, in particular: to install, debug, adjust, regulate TC devices; perform pilot testing of networks and systems; test and commission facilities, means and equipment of telecommunications and radio engineering, etc. The process block contains a description of the effectiveness of various forms of training. The components of the experimental and resultant block are reflection, results and ways to improve the educational process. The use of the developed model for blended learning PT_FT will increase the adaptability of learning and their professional competencies; will allow to form an individual trajectory of learning and development for each student; will improve the links between virtual and physical elements of blended learning in the institutions of professional pre-higher education.
